My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Ganger / Supervisor to help deliver a Thames Water project, with an immediate start available. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Ganger with a strong civils and water background to join an established project team. Ganger Responsibilities: Toolbox talks Supervising site operatives and subcontractors Managing day-to-day site activities Allocating labour, plant and materials Client liaison Health and safety compliance Ensuring works are carried out in line with RAMS Monitoring progress and reporting to the Site Manager Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification Maintaining quality standards and site records Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the project Ganger Requirements: CSCS SSSTS preferred Previous experience working on Thames Water or water infrastructure projects Strong civil engineering background Experience supervising site teams and subcontractors Good understanding of RAMS, health and safety and quality requirements EUSR Water Hygiene preferred IT literate Full UK driving licence The next steps to apply for the role!
