Warehouse Supervisor Poole | £30,000 per annum | Permanent Monday–Friday | 10:30am–7:00pm | 40 hours per week Are you an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who enjoys being hands-on, leading from the front and getting the best from your team? TwoSix Recruitment are recruiting for an established Poole-based business looking for a confident and approachable Warehouse Supervisor to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of their warehouse team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be visible on the warehouse floor, supporting your team, setting priorities and making sure the operation runs safely, efficiently and to a high standard. What’s on offer £30,000 salary 25 days’ holiday plus Bank Holidays , increasing with service Company pension Free on-site parking Wellbeing/gym allowance Ongoing training and development Company events Charity day The role You’ll be responsible for: Leading and supporting the warehouse team day to day Setting priorities, allocating work and keeping the shift running smoothly Monitoring productivity, accuracy and service levels Coaching and developing team members Managing attendance, timekeeping and return-to-work meetings Supporting investigations and performance discussions Carrying out safety, housekeeping and compliance checks Using WMS and other systems to monitor and report on KPIs Resolving operational issues before they impact service Identifying ways to improve safety, efficiency and warehouse processes Working closely with other departments and management About you You’ll already have experience supervising or leading people within a warehouse environment and be comfortable managing both the operational and people side of the role. We’re looking for: Previous warehouse supervisory or team leadership experience Strong people-management skills A hands-on, lead-from-the-front approach Good knowledge of warehouse operations and processes Experience working to productivity, quality or service KPIs A good understanding of warehouse Health & Safety Confidence dealing with attendance and performance issues Experience using warehouse management systems A calm, organised and approachable manner You could already be working as a Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Team Leader , or you may be an experienced warehouse professional who is already taking responsibility for people, performance and the day-to-day operation.
