North London | Hybrid - 2 days in the office £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience We are recruiting an experienced Employee Relations Co-ordinator for a long-standing client of ours, a well-established organisation based in North London. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid HR or ER background who is looking to broaden their Employee Relations experience and take on more responsibility within a busy and experienced team. This is very much a hands-on role and isn't purely administrative. You will support a broad range of Employee Relations activity including investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters, capability, restructures, consultation exercises and contractual change. You will also have the opportunity to manage straightforward, lower-risk ER matters with support from experienced ER Managers and the Head of Employee Relations. The role will include: Co-ordinating ER processes and keeping track of deadlines, actions and next stepsPreparing letters, consultation documentation and other formal correspondenceOrganising meetings, hearings, investigations and consultationsTaking and quality-checking meeting notes and documentationMaintaining accurate case files, trackers and recordsLiaising with managers, employees and other stakeholders to keep processes movingSupporting investigations, disciplinary, grievance, capability and appeal processesSupporting restructure, redundancy, consultation and contractual change activityManaging straightforward, lower-risk ER matters with appropriate guidanceWe are looking for someone with previous experience within HR, Employee Relations, HR Advisory or HR Co-ordination who has had practical exposure to formal ER processes. You will need to be highly organised with excellent attention to detail, confident drafting professional HR/ER correspondence and comfortable managing several live matters at once. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll be dealing with managers, employees and other stakeholders by phone, email and in person. Previous experience supporting restructures, redundancy consultation, contractual change or wider organisational change would be particularly useful but isn't essential. We're looking for someone proactive, calm and professional who enjoys keeping things moving, builds relationships quickly and knows when to take ownership and when to escalate. This is an initial 6-month FTC, working 35 hours per week, with hybrid working and 2 days per week in the North London office. Candidates should ideally be available to start within a relatively short timeframe.
