Four Square is looking for a Waking Night Practitioner to join our team, providing trauma-informed, person-centred support to people experiencing homelessness.We’re looking for compassionate, resilient individuals who are confident working independently during overnight shifts while contributing to a supportive wider team. You’ll have excellent communication skills, the ability to respond calmly to challenging situations and a commitment to creating a safe, welcoming environment for the people we support.This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference by providing reassurance, practical assistance and emotional support to people when they need it most.Please note: Due to the nature of this role, applications are invited from women only. This post is exempt under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.Working pattern: This role operates on a four-week rolling rota, with shifts from 9.45pm to 7.45am, including alternate weekends.• Weeks 1 and 3: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights.• Weeks 2 and 4: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday nights.All shifts are 10 hours, averaging 35 hours per week over the four-week rota.
