Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a warm and friendly manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere.


• Handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments efficiently.


• Manage appointment scheduling for service and sales, ensuring a smooth workflow.


• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.


• Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and filing.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.


• Excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition.


• Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
