Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday to Friday. Alternation shift patterns between the hours of 08:30 - 17:00/ 17:30

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, providing a warm and friendly welcome.


• Answer and direct incoming calls, managing inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.


• Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it reflects the professionalism of the organisation.


• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings with grace and efficiency.


• Collaborate with various departments to support administrative tasks and enhance overall office operations.


• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring prompt distribution.


• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and data protection protocols.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience in a reception or front-of-house role, showcasing excellent customer service skills.


• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management systems.


• A proactive attitude, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
