An exciting opportunity has opened up for an interim Accounts Receivable Clerk. This role is 1-3 months interim and offering up to £30,000. About Our Client This role is with a company in the industrial and manufacturing sector based in Manchester. Job Description Process and manage invoices and payments accurately. Chasing outstanding payments via phone and email. Maintain up-to-date records of accounts receivable transactions. Reconcile discrepancies or resolve payment issues efficiently. Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts professionally. Assist with month-end reporting tasks related to accounts receivable. Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers as required. Support the wider finance team with administrative tasks when needed The Successful Applicant A successful Accounts Receivable Clerk should have: Previous experience in an accounts receivable or similar role in accounting and finance. A strong understanding of basic accounting principles and processes. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data. Good communication skills to liaise with customers and internal teams. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
