We are excited to offer two HR industrial placements, starting in June 2027. What will you be doing? Only by recruiting and retaining the best talent will we achieve our business ambitions in the highly competitive and fast-moving UK automotive industry. You will support our employees to develop and grow to achieve their personal and professional ambitions. We have two roles in this stream and you will be asked for your preference if invited to assessment centre: People Operations : Working as the first point of contact for the business, you will be responding to general HR queries and will be responsible for administering the employee lifecycle from starting to leaving. Talent, Development and Communications: In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for Talent, Development and Internal Communications queries, providing proactive administration and project support across the T&D and IC teams.
