Demonstrable experience of building positive, respectful relationships with young people. Trained in Safeguarding, or committed to achieving the required training. A highly professional approach with the ability to maintain clear and appropriate boundaries at all times. Confident in de-escalating situations and managing conflict in a calm, solution-focused way. Able to stay composed, level-headed and effective in pressurised situations. A strong team player who works collaboratively and supports colleagues when needed.
