Child-Centred Approach: Enthusiasm for working with young people, fostering a cheerful, inclusive, and positive environment. Teamwork: A supportive team player with a good sense of humour and a positive attitude. Flexibility & Calmness: Ability to adapt and respond calmly and effectively to dynamic school environment needs. Commitment to Safety & Care: A strong work ethic and dedicated commitment to pupil safety, hygiene, and safeguarding. First Aid: Willingness to undertake First Aid training if required. Experience (Desirable): Experience working, volunteering, or engaging with primary school-aged children (e.g., in a school, early years, or community setting). Experience assisting with playground games, active play, or lunchtime supervision is beneficial, though a supportive attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
