Primary Site Operative

Working pattern can be flexible however it will be split shifts. The following hours are available per week: 25 hours, Whole Time (£17,560 - £17,840) or 30 hours, Term Time only plus 3 weeks (£19,140 - £19,445) This is an excellent opportunity for a suitably experienced caretaking professional who will join a team delivering effective estates and facilities management services across our schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for: The completion of all site-based duties including weekly compliance activities General maintenance Painting and decorating Minor refurbishment works Porterage Key holding Safeguarding Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Catholic Primary School is a welcoming and supportive School Family where all children and adults are encouraged to grow and develop to their full potential. The school has great facilities including a large hall, a good quality playing field, sports tarmac MUGA, art and craft area and more.
