Graduate Quantity Surveyor Retail Fit-Out Location: Hull, East Yorkshire Salary: £27,000 £30,000 per annum About you You are a recent Quantity Surveying graduate looking to take the next step and build your career within a successful commercial team. You will ideally have achieved a 2:1 degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related subject and be keen to put your academic knowledge into practice within a live construction environment. You do not need previous experience in retail fit-out. What matters most is that you have the right attitude, a willingness to learn and the ambition to develop into a confident Quantity Surveyor. You will be joining an experienced commercial team who will support you from day one, giving you the training, guidance and exposure you need to develop your career. Ideally, you will live within around one hour's commute of Hull , as the role will be office based with some travel depending on the projects you are working on. Your experience You will ideally have: A 2:1 degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related subject A genuine interest in developing a career within quantity surveying and construction Good numerical and analytical skills Strong attention to detail Good communication and organisational skills A willingness to learn and take responsibility The ability to work as part of a wider commercial and project team A full UK driving licence would be beneficial Previous experience within retail fit-out, refurbishment or construction would be beneficial but is not essential . Full training will be provided, so this is a genuine opportunity for a graduate to join an established business and develop their commercial career from the ground up.
