difference to their wellbeing, behaviour and personal development? Due to a current College Leader gaining internal promotion, We are
seeking an exceptional College Leader to join our pastoral team. This is a
rewarding non-teaching role, responsible for providing high-quality pastoral
care and support to students, while leading a team of Form Tutors. The
successful candidate will work closely with students, families, staff and
external agencies to promote excellent attendance, behaviour, welfare and
personal development. As a College Leader you will be an influential middle
leader in the school with a real opportunity to make an impact. We are looking for a colleague who can demonstrate: Outstanding interpersonal and
relationship-building skills Empathy and a strong commitment to student
wellbeing Excellent organisation and time management The ability to use data effectively to inform
decisions and interventions Strong
