Exam Invigilator Location: Stanmore, North West London Job Type: Part-Time / Casual (Exam Periods) Salary: Competitive hourly rate Recruiter: Reed Education Exam Invigilator Required - Stanmore Secondary School Reed Education is working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in Stanmore to recruit reliable and professional Exam Invigilators to support the smooth running of examinations throughout the academic year. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are organised, attentive to detail, and committed to ensuring all examinations are conducted in accordance with examination board regulations. Previous invigilation experience is welcome but not essential, as full training will be provided. The Role As an Exam Invigilator, your responsibilities will include: Assisting with the preparation of examination rooms. Distributing and collecting examination papers and materials. Supervising students during examinations to ensure regulations are followed. Maintaining a calm and professional examination environment. Recording attendance and reporting any incidents or irregularities. Ensuring exam conditions are upheld at all times. Supporting students and staff before, during, and after examinations. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for applicants who possess: Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. A professional and reliable approach to work. The ability to remain calm under pressure. Confidence in following strict procedures and guidelines. Flexibility to work during exam periods.
