Location: Chelmsford
Pay: £15 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Flexible between 8:00am - 5:30pm)
Duration: ASAP start (Temp to Perm)

We are working with a fast growing service business in Chelmsford, and they are looking for proactive, professional individuals to join their friendly and supportive team on a temporary basis.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

What You Will Be Doing

• Handling incoming enquiries and responding professionally via email and phone


• Preparing and issuing quotes


• Processing orders with strong attention to detail


• Updating and maintaining CRM systems


• Working to turnaround times with accuracy and efficiency


• Supporting the wider service team during a period of exciting change and growth

What We Are Looking For

• A professional approach


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Confidence using systems (CRM experience ideal but training provided)


• Someone who's proactive, organised and takes ownership of their work


• Ability to start as soon as possible
