AS328 Four Day Nanny – Ashwell, Hertfordshire Monday to Thursday | 40 hours per week | £18–£20 gross per hour A lovely, sociable and relaxed family in Ashwell are looking for a warm, experienced nanny to join their family and care for their little boy who will be around 10 months at the start of the role This is a lovely opportunity for a career nanny who is looking for a long-term position and would enjoy becoming a trusted and valued part of a family. The family are looking for a nanny to work Monday to Thursday, 40 hours per week: • Monday: 8am – 5pm • Tuesday: 7am – 7pm • Wednesday: 8am – 2pm • Thursday: 7am – 7pm There is some flexibility around the hours for the right person. The role is expected to start around early/mid January with mum returning to work in February. A driver is required and the nanny would ideally use their own car, although the family are flexible. Parking is available at the house. The family would love their nanny to build a really strong bond with the little boy and provide him with a fun, stimulating and nurturing days. Lots of opportunities to get out and about, socialise and enjoy the outdoors. Days might include baby groups, playgroups, playdates, walks and other activities, alongside relaxed time at home. They are keen for him to have lots of developmental and age-appropriate activities and prefer a no-screen approach. As well as providing a high standard of childcare, the nanny will be responsible for: • Children's laundry • Batch cooking and meal preparation • Meal planning • Keeping on top of the children's belongings and organisation The family are looking for someone who is: • Naturally warm and loving • Confident building strong bonds with children • Good at setting appropriate boundaries • A strong communicator • Experienced working for at least two families • Looking for a long-term position • A genuine career nanny The family are sociable and relaxed and are looking for someone who will fit naturally into their home and family life.
