We're recruiting for an ambitious Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a highly successful independent estate agency. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with residential lettings experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and growing a successful lettings portfolio. The Role As a Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will: Manage the full lettings process from initial enquiry through to tenancy commencement Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancy offers Register applicants and match them with suitable properties Progress references, tenancy agreements, and compliance documentation Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants Carry out rental valuations and advise landlords on current market conditions Win new business and generate new lettings instructions Support property management where required Ensure all administration and compliance is completed accurately Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the lettings process Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator Requirements: Previous residential lettings experience (essential) Experience within property management Confidence carrying out rental valuations Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation A proactive and commercial approach to business development Excellent organisational and customer service skills Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle What's on Offer? £20,000 - £22,000 basic salary, depending on experience £32,000 - £34,000 OTE Full-time permanent position Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5:30pm Alternate Saturdays, 9:00am - 3:00
