Estate Agent - Sales Negotiator

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator position, for our Estate Agency client based in Harpenden. The successful candidate must have at least 6 months+ previous experience. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car. Salary and benefits package for the role of Sales Negotiator: Basic £23,000 - £28,000 OTE £35,000 - £40,000 Uncapped commission Additional bonuses Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am - 5pm Birthday off as extra holiday Holiday lift up in commission Parking permit Responsibilities for the role of Sales Negotiator: Registering and qualifying potential buyers Generating and conducting viewings Canvassing to bring on new properties Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers Preparing sales brochures Developing relationships Giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis Booking appointments Always delivering exceptional customer service Key Skills for the role of Sales Negotiator: At least 6 months+ previous experience High level of customer service skills.
