Summary We're looking for an enthusiastic Rural Surveyor to deliver professional services for a diverse portfolio of land and property across Hampshire, South Downs & Isle of Wight. You'll work within a friendly and helpful Estate Management team to deliver effective management of rural assets, supporting both operational and strategic objectives. Working collaboratively while maintaining professional independence, you'll apply your technical expertise to provide practical, sustainable solutions that balance environmental, social, and financial considerations. What it's like to work here The management of our tenancies and assets, and the relationships we build with our tenants, are fundamental to our £40m+ annual rental income and the delivery of our strategic goals work. In this role, you'll build on these foundations, taking on varied and engaging casework that will help shape the future of the UK's largest private landowner. This role covers estates across Hampshire, South Downs and Isle of Wight, and your contractual place of work will be at our Hub Office in Micheldever (nr. Winchester). Our hybrid working policy means you can balance office and home working with site visits, hot desking and meetings at other National Trust places. We'll talk about this in more detail at interview, but you should expect to be at a National Trust site for 40-60% of your working week.
