Learning Support Assistant

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and is keen to support their educational, social, and emotional development. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will: • Work closely with class teachers to support pupils’ learning in and out of the classroom. • Provide targeted support to individual pupils, including those with special educational needs (SEN). • Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. • Support pupils with tasks across a range of subjects, helping to build their confidence and independence. • Contribute to planning and feedback discussions with teaching staff. • Undertake lunchtime supervisory duties. We are looking for someone who is: • Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic about working with children. • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Flexible and able to adapt to the varying needs of pupils. • Experienced in a school or childcare setting (desirable but not essential). • Willing to undertake relevant training and ongoing professional development.
