Graduate Quantity Surveyor - Construction Consultancy A well-established construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their Glasgow office. The Role The Graduate Quantity Surveyor will support senior members of the team in delivering cost management services from initial feasibility through to final account. Typical responsibilities will include: Assisting with cost plans, estimates and tender documentation Supporting procurement and tender analysis Preparing valuations and assessing variations Assisting with contract administration and cost reporting Attending client, design team and site meetings Supporting the preparation and agreement of final accounts The Graduate Quantity Surveyor will work closely with clients, consultants and contractors while developing a broad understanding of commercial construction. The Person The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor will ideally have: A degree in Quantity Surveying or a closely related construction discipline An RICS-accredited degree, or a qualification suitabl
