Nuclear Safety Culture & Regulatory Interface Hinkley Point C, Somerset Hybrid Working Up to 70,000 + 5,420 Car Allowance + Benefits 9-Day Fortnight or 5-Day Working Week Available An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Nuclear Safety Culture & Regulatory Interface professional to join a major engineering organisation delivering work on one of the UK's most significant infrastructure and energy projects. This is a highly influential role focused on developing, embedding and continuously improving Nuclear Safety Culture across a major project environment and its supply chain. Working closely with senior leaders, project delivery teams, client stakeholders and regulatory bodies, you will help ensure the highest standards of nuclear safety, compliance and organisational learning are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will act as a key interface between the business, the client and regulators, helping to drive a positive safety culture, support regulatory engagement and promote continuous improvement across the organisation. The Role You will be responsible for supporting and influencing Nuclear Safety Culture across the business, ensuring safety principles, learning behaviours and a questioning attitude are embedded throughout operational teams and the wider supply chain. This position combines strategic influence with practical engagement, offering the opportunity to work with leadership teams, support regulatory interventions, analyse performance trends and drive lasting cultural improvement across a nationally important programme.
