We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to join a dynamic property investment team at a leading investment management firm based in Piccadilly Circus. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, close-knit team and provide broad administrative and operational support in a fast-paced, professional environment. The ideal candidate will be organised, personable and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work proactively. Responsibilities will include: Managing busy and often complex diaries, coordinating internal and external meetings and ensuring schedules run smoothly Coordinating travel arrangements, itineraries and logistics for meetings and business trips Preparing high-quality documents, presentations, reports and meeting materials, ensuring everything is accurate and professionally presented Supporting the team with property and investment-related documentation, including coordinating approvals and signatures Taking ownership of the team inbox, managing incoming enquiries and ensuring requests are dealt with promptly and efficiently Coordinating regular team, investor and client meetings, from scheduling through to preparing papers, refreshments and follow-up actions Assisting with the smooth running of client events, presentations and company functions Coordinating hospitality, catering and other arrangements for meetings and events Organising team events, away days, celebrations and social activities Managing client and staff gifting, from sourcing through to arranging delivery Working closely with colleagues and other assistants to provide seamless support across the wider business Providing ad hoc support on projects and initiatives across the team, using initiative to anticipate what needs to be done What we are looking for: Experience in a Team Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar administrative role Ideally experience within property, investment management, financial services or another professional services environment Exceptionally organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to keep on top of multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills and is confident dealing with people at all levels Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook A polished, professional and personable manner Proactive and naturally takes ownership, rather than waiting to be asked Comfortable handling confidential and commercially sensitive information Genuine team player who enjoys being hands-on and making things happen
