What you’ll be doing day to day: Lots of diary management, coordinating meetings and travel Liaising with overseas offices Creating reports, presentations and correspondence Liaising with internal and external contacts at all levels Organising lunches, dinners and conference calls Working alongside the other EA offering support to each other; covering reception between you The skills you need to bring: Strong EA/PA experience from financial/professional services High attention to detail Adaptability A flexible attitude Advanced MS Office Strong communicator
