HR Generalist Epsom | Hybrid Working (2 Days in the Office) Salary: Competitive + Benefits Join a Growing Business at an Exciting Time An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Generalist to join a growing organisation that is currently going through an exciting period of growth and positive change. This is a fantastic role for a proactive HR professional who enjoys working across the full employee lifecycle and wants to play a key part in shaping employee experience, supporting managers, and contributing to ongoing HR projects and organisational development. Working as part of a collaborative HR team, you will provide a professional, accurate and people-focused HR service while helping to drive continuous improvement across HR processes and practices. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate all pre-employment administration, including contracts, right-to-work checks and background screening. Manage the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new employees. Deliver HR inductions and support employee integration into the business. Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems. Employee Lifecycle Administration Produce employment-related documentation including contract amendments, references and benefits correspondence. Manage probation review processes and ensure timely completion by managers. Process employee departures and conduct exit interviews. Maintain HR databases and personnel records to a high standard of accuracy and compliance. HR Advisory & Employee Relations Support Act as the first point of contact for HR queries from employees and managers. Provide day-to-day HR guidance and administrative support. Assist the HR Manager with employee relations matters. Support absence management processes and monitor review meetings. Ensure HR activities are carried out in line with employment legislation and best practice. HR Projects & Continuous Improvement Review and update HR policies and procedures. Create process maps, training materials and presentations. Support the delivery of HR initiatives and improvement projects. Contribute to building a positive, engaging and high-performing workplace culture. About You The successful candidate will have: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a generalist HR role. Strong knowledge of HR administration and employee lifecycle processes. Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications and HR systems. Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience handling confidential and sensitive information professionally. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach. The confidence to build strong relationships with employees and managers at all levels. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment undergoing growth and change. What's on Offer?
