Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly organized nanny for a permanent weekend and holiday position caring for three toddlers simultaneously. The ideal candidate is confident taking on the challenge of managing multiple young children at once, while providing attentive, safe, and nurturing care. This is a live-out position, with an apartment provided by the family. The nanny will be expected to work every weekend and during holidays, with occasional weekday babysitting as needed. Flexibility with weekend hours, occasional weekdays, and travel with the family is essential. The nanny should be self-sufficient, proactive, and able to take initiative in organizing age-appropriate activities, meals, routines, outings, and general childcare responsibilities. Experience with proxy parenting—assuming full responsibility for the children in the parents’ absence—is required. Requirements: - Substantial professional experience caring for multiple toddlers, particularly three children at the same time - Confidence, patience, and enthusiasm for managing the demands of caring for multiple young children - Experience with proxy parenting and independently managing children’s routines and needs - Strong organizational skills and excellent time management - Ability to take initiative and work independently without constant supervision - Energetic, responsible, reliable, and safety-conscious - Flexibility with weekend and holiday hours, occasional weekdays, and babysitting needs - Willingness to travel with the family when required - Fluency in English or German; French is a plus but not required - Current CPR and first-aid certification preferred - Strong references and letters of recommendation required We are looking for someone who is warm, dependable, adaptable, and genuinely enjoys caring for multiple toddlers in a busy family environment.
