Role Overview The Technical Designer plays an important role in translating creative design concepts into well-coordinated, practical and buildable technical solutions. Working as part of a multidisciplinary design team, the role supports the development and delivery of technical design information across commercial workplace and interior projects . You will work closely with senior designers, project managers, consultants, contractors, suppliers and clients to ensure that designs are technically robust, coordinated, compliant and delivered to programme. The role requires strong technical design and documentation skills, with a particular focus on commercial workplace interiors, Revit and AutoCAD . Experience within a design & build environment is desirable , alongside a pragmatic understanding of construction and project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Technical Design & Documentation Develop technical design information from concept and developed design through to construction. Produce detailed technical drawings, layouts, specifications and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD . Translate design intent into practical, buildable solutions while maintaining design quality.
