Key Responsibilities Generating and negotiating sales and lettings opportunities Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties Conducting property viewings Building relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers, and tenants Supporting the team in achieving targets and business growth Delivering exceptional customer service at all stages of the property journey Essential skills and experience: Proven customer service experience Experience working towards and exceeding targets (not necessarily in property) A positive, can-do attitude with high levels of drive and motivation Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of clients Professional, calm, and credible manner Strong interpersonal and time management skills Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Previous experience in estate agency, lettings or sales - Preferred but not essential What our client can offer Basic salary with uncapped earning potential and initial guarantee Clear, structured career progression
