You may support students: In mainstream lessons In small group sessions On a one-to-one basis During enrichment and wider college activities During unstructured times where additional support is required You will: Support students with a range of additional needs, including those with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) Help students develop strategies to improve learning, confidence and independence Work closely with teachers to ensure students can fully access the curriculum Contribute to the planning, monitoring and review of student support programmes Promote inclusion in both academic and social settings across the College Support literacy, numeracy and study skills development where appropriate Act as a keyworker for identified students where required Contribute to examination support arrangements for students with additional needs A Supportive and Collaborative Team You will join a friendly and experienced team with a wide range of backgrounds, skills and experiences.
