The Role: Marketing Intern Our internships are 12 months long and provide you with broad marketing experience working on one of our iconic brands. We’ll make you an integral part of the team and give you a real job – with real responsibilities – from day one. You’ll work closely with many internal functions and external agencies. How you will contribute: Executing integrated marketing communications with our agency partners. With the opportunity to lead on parts of the campaign such as social, PR and retail activation. Executing new pack and innovation launches and tracking their performance with consumer and commercial KPIs. Monitoring brand performance using commercial and consumer data, diagnosing issues and recommending action. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Category, Finance, R&D and Supply Chain) to bring plans to life in-market. Managing large budgets autonomously, tracking monthly and providing updates to Finance. What you will bring: A desire to drive your future, accelerate your career and own your development. Candidate requirements: 2:2 degree or equivalent (predicted or achieved) Studying a relevant discipline, i.e. Business, Marketing or similar This position does not meet the minimum salary requirements for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.
