About Analyse Local Analyse Local is a specialist GovTech business working with Local Authorities across England to help Business Rates, Council Tax and Revenues teams identify income, improve data quality and make better-informed decisions. Supporting more than 180 Local Authorities, we combine specialist property knowledge, research and technology to help maximise revenue and improve the accuracy of local taxation records. Our mission is to support fairness in commercial property Business Rates and help Local Authorities maximise the collection of income that funds vital local services. As we continue to grow, we are investing in scalable delivery, stronger operational processes and better use of data, automation and insight. The Role We are looking for a Rating Researcher to join our Income Maximisation team. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will carry out detailed research into commercial properties to identify opportunities that may impact Business Rates revenue. Using a range of internal systems and external information sources, you will investigate properties, assess supporting evidence and prepare high-quality referrals for Local Authority clients. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong research skills and the ability to evaluate information from multiple sources to reach well-reasoned conclusions.
