Wishford Education are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our central team, providing administrative and operational support to the CEO and Director of Operations. This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of the organisation, helping to ensure our schools operate effectively and efficiently while supporting a range of operational projects and initiatives. This opportunity would suit an experienced administrator (3-5 years) who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is confident managing multiple priorities and has a high attention to detail. This position offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of operational activities, supporting school leaders and central functions while contributing to projects that have a meaningful impact on the delivery of education and the wider organisation's success. Reports to: Director of Operations Hours, Salary & Benefits: Hours: Permanent role, year round, 24 hours per week. Based at our support office in Corsham. Flexible working is available. Salary: £16,800 - £20,400 pa depending on experience and qualifications. Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, action tracking and follow-up across the organisation. Support the smooth running of the support office, including records, systems, suppliers, contracts and procurement. Assist with operational finance, expenditure tracking, reporting and management information. Support organisational governance, policy reviews, compliance, insurance and risk management activities. Coordinate training administration, mandatory training records and staff benefit schemes, working closely with HR. Support catering services and continuous improvement across schools, nurseries and camps, including supplier and contract management. Maintain oversight of complaints, concerns and operational issues, supporting investigations, reporting and follow-up alongside the HR team. Provide research, project and administrative support to senior leaders and contribute to wider organisational improvement initiatives.
