Key Responsibilities:

As a Mail Operative you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient movement of mail and parcels within the organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Collecting and delivering mail and packages within designated routes in a timely and secure manner.


• Sorting and preparing mail for distribution, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.


• Maintaining the vehicle in a clean and serviceable condition, adhering to all safety protocols.


• Collaborating with various departments to facilitate smooth communication and logistics.


• Keeping records of deliveries and collections, ensuring compliance with organisational standards.

Ideal Candidate:

Our client is looking for candidates who possess the following attributes:

• A valid driving licence with a clean driving record.


• Excellent organisational and time management skills.


• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.


• A proactive and positive attitude towards work and teamwork.


• Previous experience in a mail or logistics role is advantageous but not essential.
