We are looking for a forward thinking proactive  individual to undertake the role of Admin Support within the Pre-Assessment Unit at St Lukes Hospital. The role includes greeting patients on arrival to the unit, booking them into clinics, dealing with referrals from all different specialties that we provide service to. Preparing documentation for patient appointments. Monitoring booking emails, taking telephone calls with Pre assessment queries. Main duties of the job Excellent communication and people skills in challenging circumstances. Ability to effectively time manage your workload. Ability to keep calm and work under pressure in a demanding area using teamwork. Be computer literate and familiar with the EPR system. Good verbal communication skills.
