Fraser Edwards Recruitment are currently recruiting for experienced FRA Carpenters to join a leading housing organisation, working across all areas of London and the surrounding areas. This is a permanent, full-time position with a strong salary package, company vehicle and excellent benefits. Salary: £41,207 basic salary + £4,000 supplement Contract: Permanent, full time Hours: Monday Friday, 8am 5pm Location: All areas of London and surrounding areas THE ROLE: You ll be carrying out fire safety and passive fire protection works across residential properties and communal areas, including: Fire door installation and repairs Fire door upgrades and remedial works Passive fire protection maintenance Minor fire-stopping repairs General carpentry associated with fire safety works Completing job sheets and compliance documentation WHAT WE RE LOOKING FOR: Strong carpentry experience Previous experience working with fire doors Knowledge of passive fire protection Good attention to detail and quality of workmanship Experience completing job sheets and compliance documentation A full UK manual driving licence BM TRADA knowledge and fire-stopping experience would be advantageous, although training will be provided where required.
