Job Description

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team and work with pupils with severe and complex learning difficulties. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who wants to make a genuine difference every day. You will work alongside teachers and other professionals to provide personalised support, helping pupils to develop their learning, communication, independence, confidence and life skills. No two days will be the same, and you will play an important role in creating a positive, safe and inclusive environment where every pupil is valued and encouraged to succeed. We are looking for someone who: Is passionate about working with children and young people with additional needs. Is patient, caring, resilient and supportive. Can build positive and trusting relationships with pupils. Is able to adapt their approach to meet individual needs. Works well as part of a dedicated team. Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop. Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
