Reception & Resources Administrator Grade G02 : £26,427 – £27,709 (Full-Time Equivalent) 37 hours per week | 39 weeks per year, including training days Salary will be paid pro rata as this is a term-time only position. As part of our ongoing commitment to providing the very best educational experience for our learners, Connah’s Quay High School is seeking to appoint a dedicated, highly organised and professional Reception & Resources Administrator to join our team. Working as one of two posts responsible for the school’s reception and resources function, you will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the school. You will provide a professional and welcoming first point of contact for learners, staff, parents, visitors and the wider school community, while helping to ensure that staff have access to the resources and administrative support they need. This is a varied and rewarding role requiring excellent organisation, communication and ICT skills. Responsibilities include managing reception and visitor services, supporting communications with parents and carers, maintaining inventories and resources, coordinating printing and copying services, supporting curriculum and examination administration, and assisting with school communications and events. You will work with a range of school systems and technology, including Microsoft Office, SIMS, ParentPay, ClassCharts, Papercut and EntrySign, and provide support and guidance to colleagues in their effective use. You will also help manage school resources, equipment and supplies and ensure that information and confidential material are handled securely and appropriately. Strong relationship-building skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.
