We are looking for a person who: Has recent and relevant experience of working with children with additional needs in the primary age range. Will commit to our upholding school values and vision. Is flexible and adaptable in the role, you may be working with a whole class, a small group or individual children. Has desire and enthusiasm to make a difference for our children with a caring and approachable nature. Has high expectations for all pupils. Is highly motivated, has strong team working skills and is able to communicate effectively with staff, pupils and parents. Is educated to GSCE level standard or equivalent with passes including English and Maths at Grace C or above. Is able to follow a structured plan, based on the EHCP, to ensure excellent outcomes for the young person they are working with.
