Key Details: Role: Team Assistant Location: Mayfair Days in Office: 5 days Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm Contract Type: Temporary, 2-3 months Start Date: 21st September 2026 Salary: Up to £22 p/h DOE Company Overview: We have a wonderful 2-3 month temporary opportunity to join a financial services firm as a Team Assistant. A highly successful investment company based near Mayfair is looking for a temporary Team Assistant to support the wider team while they recruit permanently for another role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some administrative experience who is keen to gain exposure to a top finance firm and build their CV. This will be a varied support role, helping the wider team with day-to-day administration as well as assisting with client relations. Duties will include coordinating meetings, preparing meeting rooms, meeting and greeting clients, handling calls and helping to ensure everything runs smoothly across the office. They are looking for someone hardworking, confident and personable, with strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Someone who is happy to muck in, support the team wherever needed and provide a really polished service to clients would be ideal.
