Exam Invigilators play a vital role in supporting our pupils during one of the most important aspects of their school journey. Successful candidates will help create a calm, organised and supportive examination environment, enabling learners to perform at their very best. If you are the exceptional Exam Invigilator we are looking for, you will: ● Be reliable, punctual and professional in all aspects of the role. ● Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures accurately. ● Create and maintain a calm, fair and secure examination environment. ● Communicate confidently and effectively with pupils, colleagues and the Exams Team. ● Be willing to learn and undertake training in examination regulations and procedures. ● Show strong digital competence and confidence using online systems. ● Work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining integrity, confidentiality and impartiality. ● Promote the school's commitment to safeguarding and supporting the wellbeing of all learners. ● Be available throughout the examination season and honour agreed invigilation commitments. Availability Requirement Due to the critical nature of the role, successful applicants will be expected to be available for the majority of the examination season and attend all agreed invigilation sessions.
