Temporary Telefundraising Executive £13.50 per hour | Ongoing Temporary Opportunity | Predominantly Remote Are you a confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people and making a positive impact? We are recruiting for an ongoing temporary Telefundraising Executive to join a friendly and supportive team. This is a predominantly remote role, with attendance required in the Reading area approximately once per week. Due to the office location not being accessible by public transport, candidates will need access to their own car and be able to drive. Key Responsibilities Making outbound calls to existing and prospective supporters Building positive relationships and delivering excellent customer service Working towards individual and team performance targets Maintaining accurate records and updating databases Ensuring compliance with quality standards and industry regulations Providing feedback to help improve campaign performance What We're Looking For Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, sales, marketing, or target-driven environment Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner Confidence building rapport with a wide range of people Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office Self-motivated, organised, and reliable Experience of outbound calling would be advantageous What's on Offer £13.50 per hour Ongoing temporary assignment Mainly remote working Supportive team environment Opportunity to gain valuable experience with a well-established organisation If you enjoy engaging with people, thrive in a target-driven environment, and are looking for a flexible temporary opportunity, we'd love to hear from you. #4828098 - Fiona Darlow
