Job Title: Estimator Contract: Full Time, Permanent Location: Leicestershire Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 SF Partners is working with an established and growing specialist manufacturer to recruit an experienced Estimator to join their commercial team. Our client delivers high-quality commercial construction projects, working across a varied customer base and managing projects with values of up to £1million. This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator with experience within joinery, shopfitting, commercial interiors or a closely related sector who enjoys taking ownership of quotations and tenders from initial enquiry through to successful project handover. We would also be interested in speaking with experienced Project Managers from a construction background who have strong estimating, costing and commercial experience and are looking to move into a dedicated estimating position. The Role As Estimator, you will be responsible for reviewing project requirements, drawings and specifications to produce accurate and commercially competitive quotations for bespoke projects. Working closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams, you'll play an important role in developing new opportunities while ensuring projects are accurately costed and commercially viable. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing detailed estimates and quotations for bespoke projects. - Reviewing technical drawings, specifications and tender documentation to establish project requirements. - Producing professional tender and quotation proposals, including relevant commercial and supporting information. - Accurately costing materials, labour and other project requirements. - Ensuring quotations meet both the client's design brief and required commercial parameters. - Managing multiple enquiries, quotations and tenders through the estimating process. - Liaising with suppliers to obtain accurate and competitive pricing. - Following up submitted quotations wi
