They mainly do: &#(phone number removed); Social housing repairs and maintenance &#(phone number removed); Empty-home ( void ) works &#(phone number removed); Kitchen and bathroom installations &#(phone number removed);️ Property refurbishments Adaptations for residents Electrical, heating and plumbing work &#(phone number removed);️ Development and construction projects &#(phone number removed); General repairs and planned works Due to a busy work stream, they are looking for 2 experienced Finishers / Multi Traders to join their planned works team in Merseyside on a permanent basis. The Role The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out a range of finishing and multi-trade works across residential properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard. Requirements Experience as a Finisher / Multi Trader. Good knowledge across a range of trades. High standard of workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Full UK Driving Licence essential . Professional approach when working in residents' homes. NVQ & CSCS required.
