They mainly do: &#(phone number removed); Social housing repairs and maintenance &#(phone number removed); Empty-home ( void ) works &#(phone number removed); Kitchen and bathroom installations &#(phone number removed);️ Property refurbishments Adaptations for residents Electrical, heating and plumbing work &#(phone number removed);️ Development and construction projects &#(phone number removed); General repairs and planned works Due to a busy work stream, they are looking for an experienced Multi Trade Plasterer to join their planned works team in Merseyside on a permanent basis. The Role The successful candidate will have plastering as their main trade, alongside the ability to carry out additional multi-trade works across residential properties. Requirements Proven experience as a Plasterer , with plastering as your main trade. Multi-trade experience. Strong skills in plastering and finishing works. Good standard of workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional approach when working in residents' homes. NVQ & CSCS card reuired.
