This role would suit a Health and Safety Manager or a site supervisor/foreman/manager looking to progress into a SHEQ Manager with experience in roofing, cladding, facades or construction, knowledge of health & safety legislation, and a passion for continuous improvement who is looking to progress into a management-focused position. In this role, the successful candidate will lead SHEQ strategy across the business, carry out site inspections and audits, investigate incidents and non-conformances, support risk assessments and safe systems of work, and work closely with clients, auditors, regulators, and site teams to ensure consistently high standards.
