Private PA

On behalf of our client, an UHNW Family, they are looking for Family PA to support them and their children. The Family Assistant will act as the central point of coordination between the Principals, household staff, properties and external suppliers. The role is designed to remove day-to day administration from the Principals, allowing the wider household team to focus on operational delivery. The successful candidate will become the fountain of knowledge for the household, ensuring information is organised, actions are followed through and important matters are anticipated rather than dealt with reactively. The role is based in Wareham 3 days a week with ad hoc travel. Key Duties for the Private PA Family & Lifestyle Administration Household Coordination & HR Administration Property & Maintenance Multiple Residences, Travel & Yacht Management Household Finance & Vehicles Systems & Information Management Take ownership of the administration and coordination of family and household projects The Ideal Private PA Previous Family Office, Private Office, Executive Assistant or UHNW Family Assistant experience. Experience supporting multiple residences and international travel arrangements. Experience working alongside professional advisers and financial institutions. Exposure to trusts, companies, property portfolios, yachts or wider wealth structures would be advantageous. Professional and polished, with the confidence to represent the Principals credibly with advisers, intermediaries, suppliers and other external contacts Discreet, trustworthy and comfortable handling sensitive personal, financial and business information.
