Lettings Negotiator 📍 South Kensington / Notting Hill 💰 £30,000 - £40,000 OTE 🕒 Full-Time | Permanent A highly regarded boutique estate agency specialising in some of London's most sought-after properties is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their growing team. Operating across South Kensington and Notting Hill, this is an opportunity to work with high-net-worth clients, premium properties, and a business that prides itself on delivering an exceptional level of service. This role is suited to a confident and polished property professional with a proven track record in residential lettings. The Role Register and qualify prospective tenants. Arrange and conduct property viewings across Prime Central London. Negotiate offers and tenancy terms between landlords and tenants. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, applicants, and local contacts. Generate new business opportunities and assist in winning instructions. Progress tenancies from offer agreed through to move-in. Deliver a first-class customer experience at every stage of the lettings process. Requirements Minimum 2 years' residential lettings experience is essential. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Professional, articulate, and highly presentable. Self-motivated with a proactive approach. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A genuine passion for property and client service.
