Attendance Improvement Coordinator

The Market Bosworth School is seeking to appoint an inspirational member of staff to join our talented Inclusion and Pastoral Team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the success of the school and will be integral to our future development. Whilst applicants may have worked with young people in some capacity, specific experience is less important than a dedication to professional development alongside a flexible and committed teamwork approach. This crucial role plays a vital part in ensuring our students are safe, behave well, are happy at school, attend regularly and enjoy learning, helping them to become citizens of the future and focusing on our school’s STEER values (Success, Together, Enjoyment, Engagement and Responsibility). Pupils’ outcomes at the end of key stage 4 are exceptional.” This is an exciting time for the School, as we build on our now established GCSE achievements, where we have consistently achieved results within the top 5% of all schools. For our most recent 2026 results, 94% of all GCSEs taken were at grade 4 to 9. Our levels of attendance in 2025-2026 were amongst the top 3% of the country.
