Job Title: Carpenter Multi-Trade Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Job Category: Property Services Location: Harrow Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 5:00 pm Pay Rate: £23.00 - £24.00 per hour We have an opportunity for an experienced Carpenter Multi-Trade to join a growing housing contractor, working in partnership with Harrow Council and covering Harrow, Stanmore, Edgware, and Northolt. Responsibilities: Carrying out a variety of carpentry tasks, including framing, and door/window installations. Completing general maintenance work such as basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, and painting. Delivering both reactive and planned maintenance in occupied and void properties. Operating and maintaining tools and equipment responsibly. Providing excellent customer service to tenants and housing association representatives. Using an electronic hand held PDA device to receive and update job information, ensuring timely and accurate records of completed work. Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence (manual) NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry (essential) Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or IATP Basic DBS Check Benefits: Company vehicle, fuel card, and uniform included as part of the role package. Overtime opportunities available, including evenings and weekends. Participation in a rotational on-call schedule providing out of hours support for emergency repairs.
