Hours: 32.5 hours per week, term time plus 5 additional days Salary : Band 4 £27,274 - £29,071 (actual £20,671 - £22,033) Contract: 1 year FTC (until 31st August) Do you have a warm, caring nature and a passion for helping children to thrive? Grace Darling Primary School is looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate and committed Thrive Practitioner to join our team and make a real difference to the emotional wellbeing, behaviour and learning of our children. As a Thrive Practitioner, you will help children develop the skills they need to manage emotions, build positive relationships, develop resilience, and feel confident in school. You will provide a safe, supportive environment where every child feels listened to, valued and understood. This is a fantastic opportunity to become an important part of the school community and have a meaningful and lasting impact on children's lives. Main Roles and Responsibilities Deliver individual and small-group Thrive interventions and programmes. Support children to develop emotional literacy, including recognising and expressing emotions and managing stress, anger, grief and conflict. Help children develop positive relationships, social interaction and friendship skills. Provide targeted Thrive support during playtimes and lunchtimes. Build positive relationships with parents and carers, helping them to support their child's learning, behaviour and wellbeing. Why join us?
